Coach 24-7 and ConnectPoint

Queens have the pleasure to present Eva-Lena Ivarsson, the owner of the company Coach 24-7. In the video interview below, she gives us information about the company, her ambitions, how she sees the future related to her businesses, and more about a new digital magazine, ConnectPoint.

By Anne Solheim

Recently, Eva-Lena started ConnectPoint, which will be launched about 8 times a year. Here she interviews different types of people.

In the company, Coach 24-7, a lot is going on, e.g., a part of this is giving support to people who want or need more energy – and have a desire to feel better in the manner recommends here. When we write this, Coach 24-7 offers a 20% discount on different wellness products.

Please feel free to listen to the interview Queens did with her in February 2021.

Dr. Gunilla Andersson

We are proud of the opportunity to wish Dr. Gunilla Andersson Gustafsson from Gunilla Consulting, organization och personlig utvekling as one of Business Queens Network’s business partners.

By Anne Solheim

Books from Dr Gunilla Andersson Gustafsson

Dr. Gunilla Andersson Gustafsson is a philosophy doctor in Industrial economics and organization. She is an extraordinary and interesting human being, a woman with a career that ranges from the artistic part of the hairdressing profession through teaching all the way to a doctoral degree.

The last autumn in 2020, we were so proud to have the possibility to do an interview and write a blog post about her.  This you may read and listen to here. Besides, we enjoyed promoting her books, and an interview was done by the podcast called Hair Talks.

If you want to get familiar with Gunilla’s books, you may find several of these – and the pod interview from Hair Talks – on the Business Queens Network web page. Please feel free to check it out here under the field named “Publications from partners.” If you click on the relevant picture for the book you want to explore, this will lead you to the place where you may read more.

Executive business coaching

Do you need somebody to exchange ideas with, a strategic partner, one with international experience? Then you should think of Alicia Espinosa. She is a manager developer who guides managers and leaders to become leaders that others want to follow.

By Anne Solheim

Meet one of the leading coaches in Sweden with an extraordinary and interesting background. She is educated as a civil engineer. The Swedish steel industry with a global work field has been one of her career areas.

Alicia Espinosa is giving a business lecture

Alicia Espinosa’s background in the process industry and intercultural experience often make her an obvious choice related to team development, manager coaching, or as a support in personal development.

Business Queens Network is happy to have her as one of our partners and to be able to present her here. Please feel free to listen to the interview we had with her in Swedish in August 2020.

Meet the artist and doctor

This is about a doctor in philosophy in the area of Industrial economics and organization who is a hairstylist artist. How is it possible to describe a career like this in a fair way to illuminate it?

We, Business Queens Network, have the pleasure of presenting Dr. Gunilla Andersson Gustafsson from Gunilla Consulting. She is a philosophy doctor in industrial economics and organization, but that is far from the whole truth related to her career.

By Anne Solheim

Gunilla is an extraordinary and interesting human being, a woman with a career ranging from the artistic part of the hairdressing profession through teaching to a doctoral degree related to Industrial economics and organization.

We recommend listening to the interview Christina Berardi did with her in August. There Gunilla tells us more about her career. She also became a teacher before she took a university degree in pedagogic as well – before the doctorate degree became a reality after she had studied industrial economics and organization and received the title Ph.D.

Gunilla is an author as well and has written a number of books in various fields in Swedish with titles such as Kemi för frisörer (Chemistry for hairdressers), Dynamisk pedagogik (Dynamic pedagogy), Den inre teatern i lärandet (The inner theater of learning), Scenbyte (Scene change), Resan mot det omöjliga (The journey to the impossible), Händernas språk (The language of hands), Resan från Finland som krigsbarn (The journey from Finland as a child of war) and Extranjeros : Invandrare och Nybyggare i Spanien (Extranjeros: Immigrants and Settlers in Spain).

How is it possible to describe a career in a fair way to illuminate a doctor in philosophy in industrial economics and organization who is a hairstylist artist? … almost impossible. But you may listen to the interview in Swedish with Gunilla to get more insight.

If you want to get in touch with Gunilla Andersson Gustafsson, you can do this through her Facebook page.

Round trip Norden/Spain

Have you ever thought that it could turn out to be more than a usual good alternative to travel by car between a Nordic country and Spain? … due to restrictions in public transports, including transportation by plane.

By Anne Solheim

Marie-Louise Malmström has 30 years of experience in this “game”- to travel this long way alone.  Here in the video below, she talks about her latest car journey from Sweden to Spain. She also informs us how she prepares with important documents, puts the route into the GPS, small power naps along the road, how she does when she sleeps after the road, and much more.

Listen to her story about the difference to drive this year – a pandemic year – against previous years.

(Sorry for the problems with the sound at the start of the video.)

Swedent Clinica Dental, Orihuela Costa

What do you do when the customers do not show up because some have left the country and do not know that the clinic is open?

In the video below in Swedish, you can listen to one of our partners, Monika Bramsell, dentist and clinic owner. She gives us an insight into how it was to keep her business alive during the period when Spain was in lockdown – when it became the fact that the customer base disappeared.

By Anne Solheim

Despite this Swedent Clinica Dental was and is open both to treat dental problems and do tooth hygiene. Contact information here: www.swedent.com/

Monika thinks it will take time before they return to the new normal business world, perhaps even up to the end of the year, but it will take even longer for some other market segments. But despite all changes, she looks optimistic about the future.
